    Our Partial Planning Service package includes:

    • Best for clients who have already booked their venue and some vendors

    • Refines your design choices with professional advice (no full design boards)

    • Tracks invoices and keeps your budget on schedule (client submits payments)

    • Manages communication and timelines with booked vendors + up to 2 new vendors

    • Provides a comprehensive event-day timeline to keep everything on track

    • Perfect balance between doing it yourself and Full Service Planning

Month/Day of Coordination

As your event approaches, I will step in to tie up any loose ends and take care of the final details. On the day itself, my team will manage everything behind the scenes so you can focus on being present and enjoying each moment.

    • Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on event day to manage vendors and logistics

    • Weekly check-ins during the final 8 weeks keep everything on track

  • No. As your planner, I don’t personally provide décor, catering, photography, or other vendor services. My role is to connect you with trusted professionals, manage those vendor relationships, oversee timelines and logistics, and bring all the moving pieces together so your event runs seamlessly.

  • Your budget covers all the major event expenses such as venue, catering, décor, entertainment, photography, and rentals. My planning fee is calculated as a percentage or flat rate based on that budget but is separate from the funds used to pay your vendors directly.

  • Yes! No matter which package you choose, I’ll be there on your event day to oversee vendors, manage the timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
